We offer a wide range of massages from light and relaxing to deep tissue massage and everything in between. We advise you to book the time you would like, and during the consultation, we can decide together which type of massage would be best for your individual needs. As a guideline, we recommend 1 hour for a full body massage. All massages use a blend of aromatherapy oils tailored to each individual.

A prescriptive facial tailored to your current skin condition to achieve the best skin possible. Eve Taylor® Express Facial
The perfect facial for the time compressed, this mini treatment will refresh the skin with aromatic cleansers, then buff away dulling skin cells. A rapidly working masque will infuse the skin with nourishment before hydrating moisturisers protect the skin. – 30 mins £23

Taking skin care one step further, this treatment uses intensive exfoliants to resurface the skin, leaving it smooth and soft. Heated Outdoor Pool
Set within a walled terrace, the heated outdoor pool is often a sun trap – a great place to relax on a sun lounger with a good book and enjoy the rays! The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (normally from May half term until September).

Sauna and Jacuzzi at The Spa
Step into our relaxing leisure centre, which offers many of the attractions of a modern health spa, including a Jacuzzi, sauna, showers, changing rooms, a beauty treatment room, and a gymnasium.
Indoor Pool & Jacuzzi
Enjoy an invigorating swim in our tropically heated indoor pool, heated to over 30 degrees and appealing to everyone from toddlers to grandparents! The pool and Jacuzzi are open every day until 10 pm, with the end of each day designated as a “child-free” zone to help you relax and unwind in peace.
Fitness Center
The gym is available daily and is fitted with professional exercise equipment, including a running machine, rowing machine, cycle and cross trainer, available for those over 16′s.
Follow your workout with a revitalising sauna, and for those who want to do it the Scandinavian way, finish off with a cold shower! (sorry no snow here!)
