One of our best holidays

“We had a fantastic stay. The combination of heated outdoor and indoor pools meant that we were not reliant on the weather to have a great time with the grandchildren. There are lots of added touches which enhanced our experience, such as the indoor play area for those under six and the tuck shop. We also enjoyed the pizza van providing a fun eating experience, the cocktail events with a lovely supply of milkshakes and the pony rides. There are flowers everywhere giving the environment a beautiful look, Finally, the owners are easily contactable if you have any questions. One of the best holidays we have ever had.”

“We had a super week at Broomhill and would totally recommend it. The accommodation was high quality, they really had thought of everything and the cottage was well equipped. There is so much to do on site, and yet Philip and Louise have the personal touch and are around and about being so helpful and welcoming. I went with my daughters who are 16+ and they were well entertained by the games room, excellent WIFI the pools and Philip's excellent cocktails. There is nothing I would change and nothing further they could do to improve it."

Hidden Gem - Great for families

“Oh my word, where do I start - this place is amazing! The owners, Louise and Philip, have created an idyllic family holiday setting which is a little slice of the countryside by the sea. ( It is a five-minute car ride to Bude beach or a lovely walk down through the golf course ) The facilities are excellent. We had a cottage with a hot tub, and the cottage was well-stocked and immaculate. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were well used by the family, along with the tennis courts, the snooker table, and the horse-riding facilities. Car charging points on site were the cherry on top. There is really something for everybody. Even Jude, our friendly 12-year-old lab, was made to feel welcome. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great holiday

Wonderful stay!

“Absolutely wonderful location and setting. Cottage was quiet and so clean. We’re made very welcome from the hosts. Cottage had everything you could need, beds were very comfy! Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Walking around the grounds was beautiful. They had electric charging points for the car! Our dog Barney was made very welcome and was provided with a bed and treats! Would definitely return. We tried to extend it a week but they were full!"

Truly Wonderful

“We came here for a family break for a week loved it so much we have decided to stay for another week. Our hosts Philip and Louise made us so welcome and our accommodation was immaculate , A very covid aware business and highly recommended. Much to do for the young ones in a safe and beautiful setting, lovely well kept ground's an absolute jewel to be enjoyed. We wish Louise and Philip every success going forward and will definitely be revisiting Broomhill Manor in the future."

Fantastic self catering holiday

“Broomhill Manor has everything you would need from a self catering holiday in England. The accommodation was very comfortable, spotless & extremely well equipped. With an outdoor & indoor pool, table tennis & other activities including an on site riding stables there is plenty to do & the large grounds are beautifully kept with an abundance of flowers throughout. The hosts, Louise & Philip were on hand & very helpful with advice & answering questions. Bude itself is a lovely town with lots of great restaurants & bars as well as the huge beautiful beach. We had a great holiday with our 2 older teenagers & would love to return to Broomhill Manor."

Like a warm Cornish hug

“What a special place. It feels like a home from home- except this one has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, playground, boules court, riding stables, table tennis, pool and a bunch of beautiful gardens and well watered plants. …….. What a gem

“We stayed at Broomhill Manor at the beginning of August with our two daughters 8 and 10. Our reservations about the British summer weather were half realised, and the weather was not fantastic, but this is where Broomhill Manor comes into its own. The facilities to keep the children entertained were second to none. We swam in the well-appointed indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna and gym. The outdoor pool is heated, so even if the weather is not hot, it’s still fun in the pool. The games room, horse riding and tennis court were all used, and the kids had a ball. When the sun shines, Cornwall’s beaches are world-class, and you can drive and walk to them from Broomhill. We stayed in a beautiful little cottage that was well-equipped and comfortable. It had everything to properly self-cater for a family, it was clean and welcoming, with a complimentary cream tea for us all on arrival. Our hosts Philip and Louise were always available, charming, and helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, and day trips. This is their first year at Broomhill, and they have plans to add to and enhance the facilities whilst keeping the charm of these beautiful cottages and site intact. If you want a holiday in the UK that can deliver, whatever the weather, then I can’t recommend Broomhill Manor enough, definitely 5 stars."

A wonderful family holiday and we couldn’t fault it.

“As a family with three teenagers, organising a holiday to tick all our boxes was a challenge, but we found it at Broomhill. We played tennis, Pool, Table tennis, the girls went riding and we swam most days in both the pools. The highlight of the week is Wednesday nights Pizza and Pimms on the front lawn, meeting all the other guests and the owners of Broomhill, Louise and Phillip. We enjoyed walking across the golf course to the beach and town, where we sat and had coffee in the mornings, looking out toward the sea. We tried some surfing and walking along the beautiful coastal path. A memorable holiday, helped by, but not reliant on, endless sunshine. There are some fabulous restaurants in and around Bude, and we enjoyed fresh, delicious seafood."

Great Family Stay

“We stayed at Broomhill for the first time and will certainly be going back next summer! The cottage was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The pools were also great and the kids loved being able to swim outdoors and indoors depending on weather ( we were blessed with glorious sunshine for the week ). Pony rides in the morning was a lovely way to start the day and picnic on the lawn at the end of the day. The hot tub was the best way to relax once kids were finally asleep! A special week and we will be back. Book a stay - you won’t be disappointed!"

“What can we say? A truly lovely oasis the Trotter family are so welcoming, If peace and tranquillity is what you seek then look no further. Dog friendly, young children are transported to a wonderland, swimming pools, play area's inside and out. Outdoor pool is akin to a baby's bath it is so warm, plus there is an indoor pool with the best cleanest hot tub we have ever experienced. There is a gym also to get the heart pumping Along with a sauna to relax in, optional wellness consultations are also available along with horse riding on such beautiful well cared for mounts. In the evening there is a bar and games room for the adults. Stunning grounds to walk in or relax in our opinion there is no better place to be in North Cornwall. 100% Value for money.  We shall return soon thank you Philip and Louise for a wonderful stay at Broomhill."

Excellent Xmas Break

“We had a wonderful holiday in the apartment over Christmas and wish we'd asked a few questions about how well equipped it was before we came! The Apartment was really comfortable and felt spacious for the 4 adults and a 9 year old. The indoor swimming pool was a fantastic treat and we swam every day. We had a lovely horse trek from the adjacent stables which gave great views over the hedges! The local area has several stunning beaches and some great walks on the coast path. The owners were always available for any information and they were very friendly and hospitable towards us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Broomhill Manor and we hope to return at some stage."

This, combined with the fabulous facilities at Broomhill make it the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful north Cornish coastline."

Amazing Holiday and already booked again for next year

“What’s not to love about the cottages at Broomhill Manor. We had everything we needed it was like home from home. The facilities were outstanding. The kids loved the outdoor pool and games room and the adults loved the gym and the hot tub. The Pimms and Pizza night was lovely addition to our holiday as was the cocktail evening. We are all looking forward to going back next year."

Luxury accommodation with plenty to do and explore!

“Luxury cottage accommodation on a manor estate. Ours had its own hot tub, which was great. Outdoor heated pool loved by all our family (had been recently renovated to high standard). Owners extremely friendly and knowledgeable about local area. Ideally situated with lots to do and explore around Bude and an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas (including North West Devon). Highly recommended!"

Well equipped and spotless accommodation

“We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Broomhill Manor. The cottages themselves are very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The site is beautiful and has plenty to do: swimming (indoor and outdoor), tennis and a games room with a pool table and table tennis. You can easily walk into Bude - 20 minutes or so, mostly on country footpaths. Bude itself is lovely with a great beach with lots more beaches nearby - Widemouth Bay being a particular highlight. We are already planning our next visit."
