Your spacious Cornish sanctuary awaits! Heron Holiday Cottage in Cornwall is one of our largest and most sought-after accommodations, perfect for families or groups of up to six people. Presented to a high standard, Heron boasts a spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable lounge, a modern ‘Shaker’ style kitchen, and a welcoming dining space. Originally part of the historic stable buildings, this airy cottage features high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Heron is an ideal choice for family holidays, group getaways, or anyone seeking a relaxing stay in the heart of Cornwall.

On the same level, there are three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms that exude charm and comfort. The double room features a plush king-size bed enveloping guests in the luxury of crisp linens, while soft morning light filters through the half-open curtains. The two twin-bedded rooms are cosy retreats with space for reflection and rest, each offering a harmonious blend of soft colours and textures. There’s also ample room for two cots—one in the master bedroom and the other in one of the twin rooms—providing added convenience for families. A well-appointed bathroom enhances the experience, with a bath and combined shower where the scent of fresh eucalyptus hangs gently in the air, creating a spa-like feel.

The cottage overlooks the original stable courtyard and offers beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. Outside, enjoy a private grassy area with a table, comfortable seating, and a gas BBQ—perfect for al fresco dining during your Cornwall holiday.

Being next door to Kittiwake, the cottages work well if booked together for large family groups of up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children). Weekends for combined Heron & Kittiwake bookings fill up quickly each summer, so it’s best to reserve your spot early to ensure your group has availability.
